SHIPPING: SHIPPING TIME TABLE- Unlike many retailers on the net we carry most of our inventory in stock. That means we will ship within 2 to 4 business days. By way of UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS standard ground service generally takes 1-2 business days to the North East , 3-4 business days to Southern/Northern and mid Central States, up to 5 business days to the West Coast. This is after we have processed your order and have it picked up. UPS does makes daily deliveries and pickups at our store. Transit time is NOT guaranteed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. SPECIAL ORDERS will ship within 10 Business Days.

PLEASE NOTE: If an item is not in stock and needs to be ordered, we will then ship it out via UPS - SECOND DAY SERVICE at no additional charge to our customer when we receive it from the vendor. You will only be billed for standard, UPS regular ground service.

RETURN POLICY: You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via email within 7 days of delivery to obtain full credit. We will REFUSE unauthorized returns!
