Estimated Time of Delivery:
UPS standard ground service usually takes approximately 2-5 days, depending on the time of year and location. If you are ordering for Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, UPS may take longer due to these peak shipping holidays! Please order early to guarantee that your item is in stock and you will get it on time!

Federal Express and UPS Overnight service is guaranteed to be there by the next business day, but you must order before 12:00 pm the same day to get it there by the following day!

Federal Express and UPS 2nd Day service is guaranteed to get to you in 2 days, but the order must be placed that same day before 3:00 pm to get it there two days later!

During Peak shipping times please call and confirm shipping times as there may be delays in processing. Sensual Lingerie will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by peak shipping demands. Processing Time: In most cases your order will be processed within two to three days from receipt of your order. If items are in stock they will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If the items must be ordered, they will be shipped upon receipt from our vendors.

Every effort is made to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Your order may be processed and shipped the same day if the item is in stock, and the order is received before 12:00pm EST.
